Uhm...it’s a calendar?!? Has all the days and dates with everything spelled correctly. Even has some pictures too.
Everyone will scream for ice cream looking at the Ice Cream 2019 Wall Calendar for 365 days. For me, personally, it’s better I get a calendar that features grapefruit. Seriously, the images in this calendar are so bright, colorful and realistic, they make you hungry.Next year, if I make it to July without adding on weight with these pictures staring at me, it will be a miracle. In fact, I will likely add 20 pounds in the month of July alone. July features my favorite: a cherry-dipped vanilla ice cream cone. Those cones are so dangerously decadent for me that I still remember the first time I had one. I was eight years old, and I would never be satisfied with a plain vanilla life from that day forward.Okay, so enough! We get it, this calendar should be rated D: Delicious. Decadent. Devilish. Simply dangerous.I don’t keep track of my appointments on my wall calendars, so I don’t care if there is enough room to write on it, although the calendar space seems sufficient for sparse notes. However, I am pleased that not only are the major holidays listed, but also daylight savings time and the phases of the moon. Some calendars only list holidays.In addition, the calendar is printed on high quality, sturdy paper and appears that it will hold up for the year. The question is: Will I? Or will I break down and go “treat myself†when I really shouldn’t?
The Universe Ice Cream 2019 Calendar is a cute calendar for ice cream lovers everywhere. The images are bright and colorful, the paper stock is thick, and the paper is glossy but can be written on with a pen without smudging. The images of the ice creams are great, and if you look at the stock image of the back of the calendar, all the ice creams pictured are in the calendar. There are no descriptions of what you're looking at unfortunately, but my kid didn't seem to mind.The squares to write in important dates and birthdays are fairly small. This is definitely not a "keep track of everything daily " type calendar since the squares are just a little larger than a quarter. Similarly, if you're looking to utilize the remaining 2018 months calendar section, you're going to be out of luck because Sept-Dec 2018 are all jammed onto one page and the squares there are smaller than a dime in size. Additionally, the image for the remaining 2018 is a blank page except for the publishing info. This calendar includes all major holidays, full moon schedule, daylight savings time, some Canadian and UK holidays, as well as the first days of spring, summer, etc. Overall, if you're looking for a calendar to keep track of the days and a few important dates, this an okay one to consider.
As long as you don't have a lot to write in each square, it's pretty decent.I wish the ice cream had more variety. Only one month looks like it might not be soft-serve. Every month is also ice cream on a cone. There is some variety with the cones, toppings, and ice cream flavors. I just think they could have thrown more variety in with a sunday one month or a banana spit or something. On the other side, it is nice to have an ice cream calendar and this is the only one I see.The day boxes are a decent size. The whole month is smaller than a whole page by design choice. If you really want the biggest boxes possible, look for a different calendar. This is good enough unless you really need to write a lot on each day.It's pretty good but not perfect. We ended up letting our kids use this as their calendar and got something else for the kitchen calendar. If you want an ice cream calendar, this is it!
This ICE CREAM 2019 WALL CALENDAR is decorative, and has date boxes with enough space for recording your most important events (e.g., medical appointments, birthdays, etc.). However, there isn't enough space for recording an entire family's important events. Major U.S. holidays are shown on the calendar; mainly it's a calendar to glance at quickly to check the day of the week and the date.The ice cream cone theme is nice, but I think the photographs could be better. Some cones aren't very colorful (e.g., September’s is avocado green and white), and some cones don't look all that scrumptious (e.g., May’s has brown and black things stuck onto it).This is a nice, well-printed, standard wall calendar. However, I’m not sure that I want to look at each of these ice cream cone photographs for a full month.
I no longer use wall calendars, but my mother couldn't function without one. She uses it for keeping track of all her and my father's doctor appointments, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. She tolerates technology, but both my parents still prefer paper and pen. So I got this calendar for them.The cover image immediately caught my eye. I mean, how can you not smile when you see that ice cream cone? All the images are of different ice cream cones, and all make me hungry for ice cream.The paper is thick and won't tear easily.Each day's square is large enough to write in, so you can add your appointments and various reminders.This is a fun calendar to hang on a wall. And the good thing about paper is you don't have to worry about the system crashing and losing all your appointments.
